How do I contact Peacockride?
You can contact us anytime by email at support@peacockride.com or use the ‘Contact Us’ link from the homepage and fill in the form.
How do I keep up to date with new products, sales and promotions?
Subscribe to our newsletter from the homepage and we’ll let you know when new stock arrives, when sales are coming up (before the general public!) and when we have any promotions. You can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time.
If design/size I require is currently out of stock?
You could just contact us via support@peacockride.com and we will contact you as soon as possible, when a product is back in stock.
If the product/Design I want is not available, what can I do?
You can send us the mail support@peacockride.com with the details. We do our best to customise your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international shipping. Please mail to us at support@peacockride.com. We do our best to fulfil your requirements
What payment options do you accept?
Payment for can be made through the following:
- American Express
- Visa
- MasterCard
Unfortunately, we don’t currently accept Cheque or money order.
What is your Returns Policy?
It is 14 days from the days you received the order. Details can be viewed at our Returns page, accessible from the home page.
What to do if I find my package opened or damaged?
Please don’t accept an open or tampered package. Return to the respected courier person.
is this website safe for online payment?
We ensure that all credit/debit card and net banking transactions are done through secure and trusted gateways. All your bank details are safe and secure, and will not be shared with any third-party.
If I am not satisfied with the quality of the product, can I return it?
Yes, In the case of any manufacturing defects or damages with our products, we are happy to receive and refund/replacement can be done as per your choice within 7 - 10 days of receipt of your order. Once the product passes the quality check, we would initiate the refund/replacement/voucher as per your choice.
How should I send the product back?
You can send it back to us via a reputed courier company. You will have to accept the postal charges for sending products back to us. We will reimburse you when we refund the money or in the form of the voucher.
How will I get the refund and how long it takes?
- The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your bank through NEFT within 7-10 working days.
- For refund in Cash on delivery, the customer has to provide his bank details on our email id support@peacockride.com
How should I cancel my order?
Please contact our Customer Service department or mail us to cancel the order and any cancellation will be done before it gets shipped.
COD orders can be cancelled directly from the registered account or guest account through payment id. The amount will be added to the customer’s wallet or voucher's or refund.
If the order is shipped already, unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it, however, you can return the product and replace it with something else.
In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, our Customer Care representatives will help you out with customised solutions.
How should I check the status or track of my Order?
If you have a user account and were logged in while you place your order, rest assured you can track the status of your order in your account .Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of
your order details over email and SMS. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via SMS. In the case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.
How are orders delivered to me?
We will ship your product to your mentioned shipping address. We will send through reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All Orders will be delivered in impressed packages, which will aim to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
Are you doing with bulk orders?
Yes! If you want to place a bulk order please drop a mail to us or speak with us. we will get back to you.
Can I design for Peacockride.com?
We are always welcome for your creative ideas and designs, so if you have an idea, feel free to contact us via support@peacockride.com and we will get back to you.
